Pieter Roex
Belgian designer Pieter Roex founded Apartu after years of working in kitchenware design, engineering and creative direction. The brand gives him the freedom to follow his own interests and develop objects at his own pace.
He designs every piece in the collection. An idea often starts with a material, a technique or a detail that catches his attention, then takes shape through drawing, making and working closely with makers.
Together, these objects form a personal collection for the table and the home, connected by a sensitivity to proportion, texture and everyday use.
